Room was very well ventilated with very good AC to keep us cool in the hot summer. Having water and tea and coffee available everyday was helpful, We received a nice welcome drink and warm welcome. The concierge service was amazing in helping us plan our stay and even helped us purchase tickets to see the Familia Sagrada which online had already sold out. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices and dining in the evening also offered classy restaurant offerings with a rooftop bar/lounger and pool to soak up the rays helped create a very pleasant stay.

From the moment we arrive until the moment we left, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very modern, clean and spacious. The bed is super comfortable and the bedsheets are so soft. A great night sleep guaranteed. The hotel is well situated, 5 minutes walk from the metro and about 25 mins walk from the centre. Area is safe. The breakfast was excellent: fresh products every day. We loved the fact that there was fresh water and cava in reception for us to help ourselves.

The full stay was phenomenal, room was great, breakfast full of choice and high quality and the staff was super friendly. After we checked out my daughter became sick and I phoned the hotel if we could have a late check out given we had an evening flight. It was no problem! We could stay in a new clean room without any charge. This was making a huge difference and was so welcome in an unfortunate situation. Really grateful for this service, thank YOU again!

Amazing breakfast buffet, super helpful staff and two Michelin starred restaurants on site. Plenty of incredibly good and cheaper restaurant options within a few blocks as well as great shopping.
